- “Third Party” refers to entities other than the User and Adiuvo, including service vendors, external platforms, government authorities, or independent contractors engaged by Adiuvo.

- Location Data: Real-time location tracking when You use location-based personal assistance and delivery services on the Application.
3. How Do We Use Your Data?
We use Your Data for purposes such as creating and managing Your account, staying in touch with You, and offering the features, services, and functionalities available on Our Application.
- For Users: To register and verify your account, perform KYC checks, facilitate personal assistance requests, process secure payments, communicate service updates, respond to feedback, and personalize your experience.
- For Service Providers: To verify background credentials, manage task allocations, process payouts, and generate operational performance reports.
- General Purposes: To conduct business operations, analyze app performance, resolve technical glitches, prevent fraudulent activities, and comply with applicable Indian laws and regulatory bodies.

We share your Personal Data only with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate the delivery of services (such as payment gateways, logistics support, and cloud hosting).
